The protest camp against enforced disappearances in Balochistan by Voice for Baloch Missing Persons (VBMP) is continuing outside the Quetta Press Club on its 6,387th day.
Political and social figure Suresh Bugti visited the camp, recorded his protest against enforced disappearances, expressed solidarity with the families and demanded an end to enforced disappearances and the recovery of missing persons.
VBMP chairman Nasrullah Baloch said the organisation has submitted the case of Kamran Khan, who was forcibly disappeared from Killi Kashmirabad on 1 April 2026, to the head office of the Commission of Inquiry on Enforced Disappearances in Islamabad, the provincial government of Balochistan, the Balochistan Home Department and the deputy registrar of the commission’s Balochistan chapter.
He expressed the hope that the relevant institutions will play their role in ensuring the recovery of Kamran Khan and other forcibly disappeared persons.
